Non-Member Guests 

All guests must be accompanied by the Senior member who booked them in and that Senior member is responsible for them in the Lodge.

Contact must be made with the booking officer prior to making any Non-Member bookings UNLESS the booking is for accommodation commencing within the next 48 hours. If there is accommodation available within the next 48 hours you can book (including your Non-Member friends & family), pay and head down to the mountain without contacting the Booking Officer. This ensures Member bookings are prioritised.
